While the staff are very friendly, some of the services that they offer are just out of touch with today's tech. And if you do close and account, make sure they actually closer it. I received a replacement credit card years after I had closed the account.

INCLUDING A HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND MY CORPORATE CREDIT CARDS. THAT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR THEIR HARD WORK! IT'S A BIG BANK THAT GIVES YOU THAT SMALL TOWN FEEL. GINNY EVEN CALLED ME ON MY BIRTHDAY TO WISH ME A HAPPY BIRTHDAY. I AM 59 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A BANK CALL ME ON MY BIRTHDAY! IT'S NOT JUST THAT, THEY HAVE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO GIVE ME THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE IN SO MANY WAYS I LOST COUNT. THANK YOU MIKE, GINNY, JOANNE, SHELLY AND FAITH! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! Nice staff and good service

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's nice to walk into a bank and be known by name. A friend from Virginia went in with me and was very surprised to hear the staff know my name and asked about my husband. Not something that happens in any other bank I have "ever" banked with. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff.
