The staff at this branch is always helpful, knowledgeable and never rude!

Their website is worthless. I'm a business owner and bank with 2 other banks addition to Launch. They are by far the worst. If you ever want to take any substantial amount of money out of your account or need to do a deposit, be prepared to wait 20 mins or so. They are severely understaffed and the staff that is there isn't the greatest.

Not happy with customer service at all. As a new dealership , each deal I put forward had its own complications. Still waiting on a call back, one of my clients not treated well. I was hoping for a good customer relationship with them

Website has several issues. Customer service is horrid. I was the 34th person on hold when I called. that was well past noon when the recorded message recommends you call for short waits. I wasted hours of my time to no avail trying to do what was supposedly "minutes" worth of work to set up online banking and transfer between my accounts. Either the customer service rep or the entire branch I went to was misinformed because they were contradicting eachother when I asked them what I could and could not do. Verification for payments, deposits, and transfers all take too long, and I am going to be charged to cancel my account because I have only had it for 5 months. Ridiculous. Waste of time.
