Worst experience I have ever had at a bank. No live tellers, spoke to a "out-sourced" teller on a horrible live feed, and they would not cash a check to me until they spoke to the member who wrote me the check, just a awful customer oriented experience. I would never Bank here, if they paid me!

Only used the physical location once as i do my banking online. The understaffed staff was very friendly, which made up for the understaffed-ness. The rate I got for my auto loan was really good though. Their system of retrieving money and banking in general looked a little odd though. Really I think they might be focusing a little too much in the online banking portion, and leaving their locations out to dry...

It's not just this branch! It's the entire organization that is horrible. If you're looking for a new bank? Be warned that this is not the one you want. I've been a member for over 25 years and every year the fees get higher and the service gets worse. I am all for technology and streamlining service. But this place is only concerned with cutting the staff to pad the executives pockets. And not investing in intelligent helpful tech but instead advertising to try and get more "members" so that they can generate more revenue. Absolutely terrible especially for a credit union. Sad part is is I even have a business account and have had a business account with this bank and this establishment is so terrible that I will be moving my business banking and personal to another bank. Do not bank with this company!
