One cannot reach the bank for simple questions. Poor customer service. Its takes too long to get someone to speak to.

The online banking, bill - pay and deposit to go are all wonderful benefits and extremely user friendly! Try them, you will wonder why you hadn't done it sooner!

Services even slower now that they replaced all the people with machines. Plus the material they use for the debit cards make the debit cards fall apart and of course you have to pay every time you have to replace your card.
