Wells Fargo Bank in Sebring, FL

This bank is not consumer orientated, I have been waiting 3 weeks for an advisor to call me so I can cancel my IRA. They never call me back and I am tired of waiting in there bank for a representative. I hate this bank and there other branch, there service is horrible. I should of stayed at Highlands Bank, much better service.

I am always frustrated with the slow service in this bank. Rarely have I seen more than two bank tellers for three or more customers inside and at least two at the drive up. There should be more tellers there to help customers. On more than a couple of occasions I have waited 15 or more minutes for a teller to take care of other business before helping the person in line in front of me. Rarely have I waited less than 10 minutes for service, even when there are only two customers in line. I've also overheard other customers complaining about the extensive wait because the lack of tellers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I just called to see if they can verify a check that one of our new customer gave us, if there was enough funds to cover the check. The banker was rude and transfer the call without letting me finish my sentence. We are all busy and Sebring is increasing in population. This is no excuse to be rude. Need to train them with common sense. My bank (MidFlorida Credit Union)is wonderful. Their staff are polite even when their busy. They are like family. So glad I don't have this bank.
