Although there are banking institutions within walking distance of my house, Fairwinds Credit Union proved to have the lowest upfront fee requirement. A regular savings account requires $50.00 be maintained at all times to avoid a monthly fee. I happened to catch Jessica outside her partitioned area upon my arrival at the 5020 W.
