TD Bank in Saint Petersburg, FL

I love this td bank and it's staff. They are always friendly and smiling...and I have never waited for more than 2 minutes to do my banking.

WOW....they go wayyyyy outta their way to be of service and be polite...the big boxes are polite but often not helpful or in charge of their business and cannot solve your issues...watch out smells fargo, shytti bank and bank of satan....horror stories with all them I hear daily in my business dealings

We opened a new account yesterday thru Jonathon and his customer service skills were terrific. He managed the whole process with efficiency and patience. We look forward to dealing with TD Bank in America. Our home bank in Canada is TD so we hope this will be a good relationship for us Snowbirds and not find it as difficult to transfer money from one institution to another. Janet and Steve Gray

Came in on a saturday and the banker was rude and refused to open an account simply because my address wasn't updated on my ID. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I have never had trouble opening an account with other banks.

Absolute worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of using in my life. I have used TD for almost ten years, but ever since I moved and started using this specific location it has been nothing but problems! Worse yet, when you try to address a problem every staff member tells you something different! The manager has been saying she will call me in an hour every time I call for the past two days and never has and the issue has never been resolved. Sad to leave TD, but will definitely be closing my account because I can't stand dealing with this location.
