A guy name Mike called and left a message for me to call him about a late payment during my work hours. I called him back after work then 2 days later he left me a message saying I'm not returning his calls. When you do talk to them they sound like its a be inconvenience to them. He you don't like your job find a new one.

I have been with this credit union for a while. I make a payment they call for the same payment without reading my pymts posted. You call and they say they say I did not return calls when I did. This is a horrible customer service.

Technologically very outdated. Charge you $5 fees every once in a while for no reason. Customer service is lazy and unprofessional. Please go to a different branch, they gave me good service when I called the Roosevelt location to have my car loan papers sent.

Customer service is terrible and that's if they ever pick up the phone for you. Their website is so outdated and complicated. Logging in to see your balance should not be that much of a hassle. I've been locked out of my account and it's been frozen for 2 weeks now and no one has called me back to help me with this! When you work a 8-5 job you can never get there in person. Switching banks asap!
