Achieva Credit Union in Saint Petersburg, FL

This bank is the biggest joke of them all. Called customer service to discuss a "denied transaction fee" of $1. I transferred money to the account Saturday morning and then made a purchase Saturday evening. They CLAIMED that the transfer money is not available until Monday so technically I did not have enough money in my account. Interesting how I made TWO purchases on Sunday so why did I not get a "denied transaction fee" for those two? Something doesn't add up there! Then she had the NERVE to accuse me of LYING about the money that was in the account and the purchase I had made. She then said it was RIDICULOUS that I cared that much about a $1 charge and refused to credit it back. Needless to say, I'm closing both of my accounts and going somewhere else. Customer service sucks and their home banking is ALWAYS broken. Oh, and their mobile app never works either.

My only complaint is that the ATM's don't work more frequently than they do! I usually bank on Fridays and one or the other is down....gets a bit frustrating.

I NEVER have the problems with customer service that others have expressed here. I am very pleased with all of the services that I receive here. AND absolutely NEVER have I had rude or disrespectful responses to questions or problems that I may need rectified. I am one happy customer and can't imagine anything will change. Of course I am respectful and patient to others who service my account too. Thank you Achieva employees.

They treat you like family. Im always greeted with a warm smile. And the service is Awesome!
