Launch Federal Credit Union in Rockledge, FL

I have been a member for over 12 years and 5 years ago I would have gave them a 5/5 but after moving out of Brevard County it has been a nightmare trying to get anything done with my account. They want me to visit a branch location to do anything.. This means a 45 min drive. On top of that, I recently found out my debit card number and pin number was stolen and used to rack up close to $1000 in sequential transactions in a Walmart way down in Cape Coral Florida. I was shocked to find out that this was not flagged as suspicious activity by the bank, considering I have never been to Cape Coral Florida, there were transactions in Orlando the same day and I never use my debit pin number to make purchases (in fact I don't even know what it is as I have never used it!).. In the past they have locked my card for much less suspicious things (like valid $10 - $20 online purchases). Why not in this circumstance? The icing on the cake is they are refusing to refund me back for the fraudulent charges! 60 days is the limit at LFCU/KSFCU (good luck finding this anywhere on there website). So much for a bank doing it just what it is suppose to do and protecting its members money.. I could not even get any help from their customer service in terms of what to do next, other then them telling me I was out of luck. If you are a member watch out and be alert. This will be the last straw for me. I will be looking at other places to do my banking, I work far to hard for my money to put it at risk again.

Very few fees, helpful staff. However this branch is only open until 5 and closed on the weekdays which makes it difficult to go if you have a busy schedule
