TD Bank in Port Richey, FL

Always very cheerful and helpful. We've been banking here for years now and have never had any problems.

I would LOVE to give this bank ZERO stars. I was treated poorly, spoke to VERY rudely and far most categorized as a LOW priority, if I was a priority at all. I will NEVER bank here again nor let anyone I know bank with TD Bank. I have had an account overs year and have had multiple problems that I have ignored. Recently I made a deposit of 200$ via atm. I noticed that it was overdrawn 37$ (I hold a personal account, along with a business account with CHASE bank so don't always use my TD) and was surprised because I had gotten no letter, no call, no notice to inform me of the overdraft when/how it had happened. So with a remaining 162$ balance, The next day I went to use my debit card for a 5$ purchase, my card declined, weirded out, I call the bogus "customer service" number on the back of my card, only to wait a 15 minute wait until I was connected to a representative. She told me my account had been closed the same day I deposited my $200, i freaked! I wasnt aware of the overdraft $37 and i definitely wasnt aware my account was pending to be closed?! she then proceeded to tell me I needed to go back to the exact branch that I made my ATM deposit at, I hung up the phone, drove to the opposite side of town the the TD branch I made my deposit at the day before, I went in and spoke to a teller, explained my situation, what the lady on the phone told me, and even showed my deposit receipt of the transaction. He said there was nothing he could do, that the recovery department took over my account and would be mailing back my remaining 162 balance in the mail within the next week or two. At this point I was furious. I was lied to, given false information, I wouldn't have it, so I sat down and waited to speak to a "desk person" instead of a reg teller. I wish I had gotten her name, she made me cry. She was so disrepectful, Saying my money would not be avaible until the following day, skip ahead to the following day, I called to ask if my money had become available that they owe me for a refund and the man was even more rude on the phone saying again, I would not be able to pick up my money that they have until tomorrow. it is MY money, and only in their possession for a fault on their own. I WILL NEVER BANK here again. For they lie and false advertise! Americans most convenient bank my ASS.

Very rude talk about other customers when they walk out in front of customers! Rude nasty people! Worst bank ever seriously! Even the other td banks know how bad the service is because they have a lot of complaints!
