ATM (Regions Bank) in Port Orange, FL

Got a secured loan and they went out of there way for me by bringing paperwork to my work that needed to be signed and assured me the money would be on my now checking card and it isn't. Thank you for going the extra mile but without doing everything my rent will now be late and my health insurance will get a kick back. Sure its my fault for not giving myself enough financial breathing room but there's no 1800 24/7 to fix or at least reassure me where the money is not even an easily findable email address to send a question or complaint. And what I have to wait 3 days because of thanksgiving is coming up. I'm working the holiday and now I'll be even more stressed out. I'll change the review once this problems fixed. Also put a 24/7 hotline in seriously online chat whatever.Also also the staff is very nice and I know mistakes happen but I feel there's no other outlet to communicate with regions.
