This is the worst 53rd I've had to use. The last three times I've been in there they have given me problems with what I would consider to be simple banking needs. I would recommend driving out of you way to visit another branch. I've been a long time customer, but do to the terrible customer service at the branch I'll be looking for other banking options.

I have never had better customer service with any Fifth Third I have gone to. The tellers and bank management has always helped me with any problem I have had for the past 6 years. I can't rate them less than 5 stars.

I agree this is the worst customer service I have had ever experienced. I used the electronic bill pay and the check was drafted from my account and put in with another check. My check was delivered and the person who received it did a Google search and returned the check to me(there are still good people left in this world)! I called this branch to explain when they drafted the check it was sent with another check. Of course the vendor I was to pay charges 25.00 per day in late charges. When I called the bank to report this situation. I got lots and lots of apologies and the promise the bank manager would contact me. It has been a week and so far ZERO customer service. Run away folks!
