AFS Acceptance LLC in Pompano Beach, FL

My experience with AFS has been terrible. They don't send any account statements...I wouldn't mind that if they made them available on-line or even sent them to you when you requested. However, when I requested a statement they said the only way they could sent it was in the mail. They "supposedly" mailed one to me. I didn't receive it. I requested another...I didn't receive it. I called again desperately needing it for some forms I was filling out. They still insisted they couldn't fax or email it. I think there is something "fishy" going on.

Shady, unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful, and difficult to deal with. I have nothing positive to say. Avoid at all costs. I found this company to be both exploitative and abusive. Their representatives sound like uneducated street thugs and they will screw you in any possible way they can. This is a garbage company run by garbage people. My original contract was with another company that was bought out by these sharks. Sadly, I didn't have any choice in the matter but to pay it off as fast as I could. Hopefully they will be bought out as well.
