Achieva Credit Union in Pinellas Park, FL

Had been a member some 10 years ago, left because they did not have features a real Bank has. They were good for small loans, etc. Want to help my daughter buy her first New car, Got per-approved for 2.5% loan. Bought a Kia on the premiss of refi in 3 months . Now the rate is 11.5% . It would have been nice if Andriana Lukic had been able to tell us the truth. They are probable a good small loan and "bank" for the type of folks that use Amscott. Just check into the details......

I can only say good words about this credit union. It functions. And operates like most all institutions in the banking industry, and it has a staff that is well educated treating me with respect. My funds are well protected, and I trust,Achieva with my funds as well as my identification.

Terri Finke was the most helpful employee I've ever dealt with at your establishment! I have been a member for the last seven years and have always gone to this branch. I've been trying to access my Acheiva app for the last year unsuccessfully , yesterday she helped my friend and I figure it out ! My friend Rebecca was setting up an account.She was also extremely pleased with her customer service skills and knowledge of the app. I love this bank and people like her are the reason why !
