I Love My Bank Always Friendly & I Adore They Open Up Earlier Than Any Other Bank

For the last year their customer service has gone down hill. They never return phone calls when you leave a message. When you finally talk to someone they don't always have answers to your question. I could go on about their service. I hate this because I have been with them for years but once they merged it has changed.

There are only a handful of people at that establishment that are actually nice and will help you. Most of the older women in there are rude!!!
