They never answer the phone, the in store wait is always 30 minutes or more, and they don't handle business in a timely fashion

Horrible service. Publix is a great company. But this credit union needs to be refresh all the way. Most women that work at this location not professional at all. Sad.

1.Unprofessional adj. Not conforming to the standards of a profession: unprofessional behavior. 2. Need to be taught how to properly deal with customers, especially as a financial institution. 3.They never answer their phone either

No outside ATM to make deposits. Poor service completely!

Sadly the service is so bad. Plus the teller guy has no business relations skills. Very disappointed after doing business with this location (Pines) for over 20 years. Worse banking experience with this teller (Eric)☹️☹️
