this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!The person i dealt with was Karen she has to be the rudest person and showed no understanding how to treat people.I had to call the actual company and settle with them.I will tell everyone about this horrible experience with them.i plan on going to the better business bureau.This company is the worst.Im trying to repair my credit and called several company's that were just fantastic to deal with.These people have no clue on how to be respectful and helpful to people trying to do right.What a shame for them to be in Panama City Florida

Of all the credit bureaus I've had to deal with in my life, this company has the most friendly and helpful staff. I've never felt like a bum or a dead-beat, as some credit collection agencies try to do. I moved to Virginia many years ago and forgot about a bill that never reached me due to a change of address error. When I contacted them about it, they explained it professionally and with courtesey. I told them I was disabled and on Social Security and could only afford $x a month. They agreed kindly and were very compassionate. I mention the names of Michelle and Sarah who I worked with for over two year. They have always helped me to either reduce a payment when I needed or work with me when I could not afford to pay my bill. I recommend and suggest others work with them as well. If you have a debt, and it is held by this company - then do your best to work with them, and they WILL WORK with you. THEY ARE NOT LIKE OTHER COLLECTION AGENCIES -thank the dear Lord!
