Friendly customer service until you get to the counter. There's a supervisor / manager who has the worst customer service ever. Never had a problem at any location except for this one. This is how vystar treats disabled veterans? Especially this location and the lady behind the counter.

3 stars because the loan clerk was nice and friendly, but I experienced silly banking practices during an auto loan application. Because of a single point, ONE POINT on a credit report, I was offered a car loan at 2.9% vs. (preferred) 1.49%. I declined, and went elsewhere. I ended up getting a better rate, so in a way, thanks VyStar.
