I to enjoy being a member of this bank also. I deal with the one on Bill France Blvd the most. The thing I HATE the most is they do not have a lot of locations. I have to drive clear across to the other side of town to do anything. Really inconvenient . I spend more time at other banks ATM machine for withdraws then I have to pay nearly $4 bucks each time for them to process it with that machine. Space Coast needs more locations. If your ever out of town and use this bank, your S~O~L.

I wish that I could call the branch itself instead of the 800 number

Undisclosed 11 day hold on my payroll deposits. Thats unacceptable. I am now without nearly 2k of MY money for nearly half a month. My landlord and billing companies arent going to care about a banks outrageous 'policy'. Waited 40 min on hold with customer service. I was hung up on, my guess because the man on the other end (who could barely speak english) couldnt answer my question or even understand it. Then he flagged my account / deposit as suspicious because he thought I said I was cashing my sons payroll checks. I said my HUSBANDS. I am 30, I dont even have a son working age. Drove up to the nearest location because I wasnt going to wait another 40 min on hold, and the teller called for me and was bounced from dept to dept for 30 min. Teller was very helpful, however her hands were tied by this institutions procedures and policies. Now I get to wait 7 days to find out if my checks will be returned or deposited to I can use them. Worst banking experiance I have ever had. I have been a member for 3 weeks, and my husband and I were fazing out his bank and then he would join as well. He refuses to join after this experiance.

Member services will say ANYTHING they want with no repercussions. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing BEFORE you agree to anything especially an unsecured credit card. If you are trying to rebuild your credit BEWARE!!!! They will sign you up and NEVER release your money. You can get an auto loan and other credit cards elsewhere but you will not see that money again! Go ahead and close your accounts BEFORE they steal your money too!
