Partners Federal Credit Union in Orlando, FL

No service... to many transfers in call. Auto loan people are very rude as they are talking to you.. Did not have any other alternative for a car loan... Dont pick this credit union.. There is quite some other credit unions. Like Mccoy Federal. They very nice, Fairwinds, Martin. NOT THIS ONE PLEASE LISTEN

I called Partners Federal Credit Union at Team Disney to resolve a problem with my debit card, and after 31:41 minutes and five transfers to different personnel the problem was not resolved. The last person I was transfer to works for Citadel (not related to Partners whatsoever).

I disagree with the negative review. Everyone is very professional and helpful! Customer service is great!

I started banking with Vista Federal back in 2001 Before the name change to Partners and aside from the changing of the routing number with the name change and having to update my direct deposit I have never had a problem with them. You don't stick with a bank for 15 years and four jobs if they aren't doing the job for you, you stick with them because they do the job right.

PARTNERS STOLE MY CAR! I am a family of 7. I did fall behind on my loan payments. Twice. I got caught up and then behind once again. I was only 60days past due. On GOOD FRIDAY I called the loan manager at 5:00 (because I got paid) They did not answer. That night they repoed my car! On EASTER WEEKEND! I called promptly Monday morning, explained my single income family situation. Offered to pay my past due and any fees associated with my account. They denied me! Now I have no vehicle! I strongly urge ANYONE not to do business with Partners!
