We were fortunate to work with Lourdes Fernandez Hester. We were denied by USDA, devastated, I immediately threw in the towel, cried and surrendered to the idea of us being life long renters. Lourdes refused to give up and convinced my hubby to switch to a FHA. No matter how many questions I bombarded Lourdes with, no matter how stressed out and manic I became, she never wavered from the calm, professional, supportive and informative disposition we had come to know from her. I don't think it would have happened had we not had her as our broker. She knew how bad we wanted it and her motivation had less to do with "closing" the deal and more about a genuine effort to get us our house. Everyone we came in contact with throughout the process at OFC, was professional and welcoming.

Being a first-time home buyer and largely ignorant of the process, I was feeling overwhelmed. Naively, I called the national bank I had used, without issue, for over 12 years, seeking advice. With respect and patience, Eddie addressed every concern and clarified every confusion. I then met him and his staff in person and was received with genuine warmth and generosity. Despite my cynical nature, I began to trust them. In the end, I was rewarded for doing so. Every email, text, and phone call was answered promptly and thoroughly. With their guidance, at no point did I feel lost or even worried. My first home-buying experience, at the risk of sounding even more hyperbolic, was flawless. Without hesitation, I recommended Orlando Financial Center to friends and family and encourage all others interested to give them a call.

OFC is the best group of people to work with if you are purchasing a home. They are such a friendly, warm, and kind group. They are true to their promises and will go above and beyond for their customers. My wife and I just had a baby and we were in the market for our first home -- we were first greeted by Eddie Fernandez who went above and beyond. He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon (when they are closed) and spoke with me about 30-45 minutes. He looked in the areas we were interested in and made two or three estimates so we could figure out our budget. Lourdes was our main point of contact throughout the process and she was extremely sweet and consistently helpful -- she never missed a beat in following up with me and keeping me updated, whether it be over the phone or email. She helped us through a very grueling process to apply for a USDA loan (which is an amazing loan, but the government requires A LOT of verification). Julie was extremely prompt in working with USDA and making sure we had all of the documentation needed. Julie even walked through how to pull certain financial information over the phone via my bank's website. Illiani was also amazing in following up with me and making sure the process moved along. This group is obviously very tight nit and provide top-notch service. I will absolutely be going back to them in the future.
