Rick is a great guy....I recently bought my first home and was VERY nervous about the whole process. I was finding that in Orlando mortgage people who are good are hard to find. From the first time I met him he put my mind at ease by explaining things in language that I could understand. Needless to say, I got the house of my dreams at a rate that I never thought I could get. If I ever go through this again, Rick is the first person I will call.
