Having banked with another credit union who stole from me, I switched here many moons ago. I am very pleased with their services. Any questions or problems have always been dealt with professionally and promptly. I have several services with them, and am looking to start more with them in the up-coming year.

Drive-thru teller was quick to pointout my flaw that she screwed up on the deposits. Normally the process only takes minutes, this morning however took 15mins while she left me on the back burner. CFE FCU

After 10+ years of being a member of this institution, I am going to make the necessary transactions to dissolve all of my accounts due to recent unlawful/unethical activity from this Credit Union. I have been in good standing with both personal and business accounts from day 1, and it amazes me that the bank can make a withdrawal on your account without your permission or notification to another member's account that is listed as a secondary account holder. These individuals had no interest in semi-entertaining getting the situation corrected in any way, shape or form. It's obvious that loyalty and good standing holds no value anymore as a customer. I am done.
