Crazy Dave's Music Outlet in Orange Park, FL

I've bought music gear from Crazy Dave's numerous times over the years. It's just generally a cool place to go if you're looking for used gear and like to haggle. The guys running it are always pretty cool. They're an Orange Amps dealer and always have a lot of music, DJ, and other gear. The inventory turns over pretty well, so it's not rare to find some really great stuff from time to time. I try to make it in there about once a quarter (it's a bit of a hike from the Beaches, where I live) and have found some pretty amazing stuff. Kinda weird about the user who complained about the jewelry thing. While they sort of deal in that stuff, music/DJ gear is overwhelmingly their forte. That'd be like going to a pawn shop that specializes in jewelry and complaining that they didn't have any cool guitars. I think that review reflects more on the reviewer's ignorance than on Crazy Dave's as a store. If you're a musician in the greater Jacksonville area and are looking for a place to offload some old gear or add to your rig, Crazy Dave's needs to be on your list of places to hit.

I have bought a few items here as well as traded in a guitar. Everyone is super helpful and the customer service is fantastic! My last purchase was a kick mic that was broken; they fixed it the next day, free of charge. As far as instrument retailers in jax, dave's has become my favorite by a huge margin!

Ordered a guitar on Ebay that was supposed to be *Mint* condition, arrived with cracked pickup casings and was missing the tremolo bar. Wouldn't respond to my emails, had to get Ebay step in to get my refund. Horrible experience.

Some reps are very helpful and knowledgeable but others will deceive you, I have a 1960 Gibson Les Paul reissue that a rep tried tried to convince me it was a "Japanese knockoff". Just know your stuff and you'll be happy. I recommend Big Cash Pawn by Rooms to go.

Awesome place with great selection and awesome lighting options. A bit pricey though. Been going here for years for specialty items. Still like em. Staff is great
