I filled out the application, called and spoke to a representative, submitted additional requested information, was told they would call back, and never heard from them again.

Angela at Springleaf is the greatest. Very good customer personal skills and knows what shes doing.

The ladies at the Orange City location need to work on their customer service skills to say the least! I was treated badly as soon as I walked in their doors. I felt profiled as if I didn't matter because I looked like someone who would not get approved for a loan. I actually did not get approved but you should still treat everyone like a human being! My boyfriend just landed a well paying job and we will not use Springleaf in the future!
