BB&T in Oldsmar, FL

I've never really done my banking at this location however I called recently to ask about an auto loan and Ricca (not sure how you spell it) was very rude and rushed me off the phone. Not only did she almost hang up on me TWICE, but she gave me the wrong information. She told me that they do not give loan information over the phone (I was calling to check about interest rates) and when I called the loan 800 number they gave me some very different information! Please do not rush people off the phone unless you are sure of the information you are giving!

All the reviews but one is from the other location on Tampa Road not the Oldsmar Office

The branch manager, Sherrie, in my opinion is rude, unprofessional and unqualified. I am a BB&T customer who passes this branch on my way home, and uses another(out of my way) location so that i do not have to deal with her and her attitude.

I love BBT Oldsmar. Everyone is super nice, professional and very helpful.

I have received nothing but the highest level of customer service and respect from the team at BBT Oldsmar branch. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with any of our personal or business banking and take the time necessary.
