McCoy Federal Credit Union - Ocoee in Ocoee, FL

McCoy federal credit union has taken over $900. dollars from my account. I have never been treated so badly in my life AND I have been a loyal customer for over 27year at McCoy. I had fraudulent charges, that you can clearly see were not a normal charge of the 900 dollars. I called them immediately. The money was returned at first. Three months later when I am in New York they deduct this 900 dollars from my account again. I call, I am hysterical on the phone and this Maiyra in the financial department tells me there is nothing she can do. Apparently, my word and 27 years of being a loyal customer is not good enough!!! When Target customers were hacked into in December their banks told their customers they were not bound to pay any fraud charges they may have on their accounts. I was left stranded in NY. I went to the main office on McCoy road spoke with a bank manger Ms Cruz and am still waiting for the courtesy call she promised me from bank manger a Ms. Bell a week later. You all can imagine how my Holidays went. Like I said I have never been treated so badly in my life and a loss of over $900.that were fraudulently taken from my account. I have to wait for another month for my Social Security check to come in, but I'm guessing my 27 years of customer loyalty will mean nothing to them when I close my account.
