This was by far the rockiest, most crooked experience I'll ever have. My loan process started out with Peter who had me convinced that he was knowledgeable, which he wasn't. My loan soon got passed off to Brandon, who didn't return phone calls, didn't return emails, made excuse after excuse as to why nothing had been submitted, lied to me, tried to put it off on me, (later I found out that out of 3 clients he was handling through my realtor, 1 was having a similar experience and he pushed the closing date out so far due to neglecting her file, that her and her family ended up having to move into a hotel for over a month, we also almost ended up in a hotel) My initial closing date was March 14, 2017, game after game it got pushed to the end of April. I lost my $3,000 escrow deposit due to these people. They are rude, lack experience and knowledge, lack customer service skills, and made my life a living hell for over two months. I lost a total of over $4200 with my escrow, appraisal fees, and inspection fees. I will NEVER recommend these people to anyone, EVER.
