The FCU is the worst. Their bill pay system is absolutely antiquated. 1. I am unable to receive most of my bills by ebill 2. Every month I have to go into my account to reassign access for ebill 3. When making deposits I have to have a deposit slip 4. When making deposits in addition to having a deposit slip I also must write my account number on the endorsement line. Don't bother wasting your time opening an account here unless you have the time to perform all of these outdated requirements and still receive paper bills each month and pay them by check via post mail.

Easier to get in an out at this location compared to the one on 17th in Ocala if you are on this side of town.

AWFUL SERVICE WHEN YOU GET IT. THE BANKING AP IS NEVER UP TO DATE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT EMPOWERED AND UNDER QUALIFIED and will scree your credit if given the chance. CREDIT UNIONS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THIS BAD. BEWARE.

On three different occasions I've gone into this branch and withdrawn cash. Not once did they ask for ID. I should have known then to close the account. Now I go to deposit a check written out to three people, signed by all three people and they say all three of us have to be present to deposit it. Account will be closed and I'll recommend to anyone I know not to bank here.
