VERY DISAPPOINTED... We invested over $150 to obtain credit reports on our company, applicant and officer for our state licensing process to later find out this fee was only good for a one-time service request. We were told if we wanted to send our credit reports to anyone other than who we originally requested we would have to re-order all of them again and pay all of the fees again to send the report to any another agency. This was all within a two month timespan mind you. After finding out this unfortunate news, we researched other reputable, nationally recognized agencies who provide credit report services fairly and honestly and would have honored our small request without any problem. Please look into another company when needing to obtain a credit report for business licensing purposes. My husband and I are very honest, fair people who work hard to earn a decent living. We expect the same quality transactions when dealing with other companies. Credit Bureau Services in Oakland Park, Florida was a huge disappointment and waste of time and hard earned dollars.
