Bank of America Financial Center in North Port, FL

Outrageous customer service only at this location!!! Came with 3 years old kid, no line of customers at tellers nor with account specialists and WAITING for 20 minutes till someone to ask me what I need. My time was already running out, so I have to walk away without solving my problems and questions about account. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. they need to fired every one and hire new or they will loose all clients in North Port. I am going to close my accounts in BOA and open in Wells Fargo which has way more better customer service where brach manager personally greeting and asking what I need while I am writing this review. Decide for yourself, I made my choice.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I STARTED A NEW JOB IN THAT AREA AND HAVE BEEN RECIEVING PAPER CHECKS ISSUED BY BANK OF AMERICA. I WENT TO THIS LOCATION 3-4 TIMES AND EVERYTIME I WENT I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE. EVERYBODY THAT WORKS THERE LOOK LIFELESS AND MISERABLE BUT THAT WASNT THE PROBLEM THE LAST TIME I WENT THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT CASH MY CHECK BECAUSE IT WOULDNT SCAN. I IMMEDIATELY KNEW THIS WAS BULL SO I WENT TO THE NEXT BANK OF AMERICA AND HAD NO ISSUE AT ALL!THEY EVEN WAIVED THE 6 DOLLAR FEE. IM NOT SURE WHY THEY WOULD TREAT SOMEONE LIKE THIS BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL SPREAD THE NEWS.

Every time I visit this branch, I might have to wait, but I get the best service whether I am cashing a check or getting a new debit card. I am always greeted with professionalism, given options instead of waiting, and the people there always use my name. GREAT place to bank!

Terrible customer service, will be closing my account with them today.

Worst BOA branch ever. They lost my deposited check once, took the money out from the employers account, and refused to find out where it went. There's a super rude older Ukrainian woman who works here that hates everyone. When I demanded they find my check the rude branch manager woman closed my account and banned me for life.
