I sent a client to this company for a loan and after saying the loan was going to be ready to close in a week the lender communicated the file was denied. For three days I emailed and called requesting the Denial so that my client can get their deposit back. On the 3rd day I emailed at least four times and called three times requesting the denial letter. Was put on hold for 30 min at a time. DONT use this company. The worst customer service !!!

Do not go to this mortgage company is the worse mistake u could do they will beg to trust them they will tell you everything u wana heard they don't care if you loose your money they will never accept there mistakes and blame it on everyone else they should go to jail !!!! And do not go to James A. Tylor he will lie to you and turn things how ever he wan. United mortgage is the worse !!!! Do your research if you don't wana take my advise
