Wells Fargo Bank in North Miami Beach, FL

The only bank I will ever bank with. I love Wells Fargo. They helped me get my personal finances together.

I went to Wells Fargo to deposit money for a friend and this lady named Karina Galano a personal banker told me if I opened an account with her, I will received $50 dollars. I said "I am here already, why not?" So, I opened it, she didn't explained me too much, and I left happy. After 5 months....I never received the "50 dollars"... I went back to her, asking her what happened about what she promised me and she told me there is nothing to do , she told me she was new at that time and had no idea why I don't have my $50 dollars.... she asked me if I needed money, and if I wanted to close my account I was more than welcome. SERIOUSLY??? First... You treat people right. You don't ask costumers if they need money! ( Where are you going with this question... Are you going to give me your paycheck?). You promised me 50 dollars and that was the catch for ME to open an account in Wells Fargo. If you are NEW and DON'T KNOW how to do the job, then let someone else do it. And last, you don't tell your costumers with attitude to close an account because YOU MADE A MISTAKE. That's not my fault!!! I tried to talked to her manager and he was in Bahamas (NO manager on the floor: GREAT!) , the cashier manager was "too busy" to help me to resolved my situation. So, here is my 1 star for Karina Galano.... For your cheap excuses, for your lack of professionalism and attitude... And here is my answer Karina : Thank God, I don't need the 50 dollars you promised me! You are more than welcome to look the balance of my account. Thanks.

Regardless of what's going on, I enjoy banking here. Stopped by today to pick up a few deposit slips and a couple of young ladies, apparently personal bankers, by the front seemed so eager to help me out and even asked how my day had been going. The other day my mom stopped by for a debit card and said that another young personal banker had helped her out with her credit card debt. She didn't even know she was getting charged such high interest in some debt she's trying to pay off. Now my mom is thrilled that she was given an alternative. Absolutely love the bankers and the service. Can't wait to stop by bext week again. Stay strong guys.

Only gave this one star because it was required for a review. If you want a service manager (CYNCIA DERIVAL) to tell you to "shut the fuck up" and inform me that a teller (KEISHA RICHARDS) may be holding my debit card in her personal locker and to have the branch manager (JIMMY HAYNIE) do nothing about that and completely omit that part of the dialogue out of his request to close my account, definitely bank at this location!

Only giving this one star because I have to. I walked into this Wells Fargo today with my boyfriend and we both signed in and took our seats in the common area. We were the only ones waiting at the time, about 45 minutes or so had passed but the staff appeared to busy so I wasn't angry or upset at all. Soon after, a woman entered and also signed in and sat in the common area with us. After waiting another 5 minutes or so, one of the woman staff members appeared to be free and she proceeded to walk to our common area to see who is next. The staff member with the list of who was next told the woman "those two (my boyfriend and I) have been here for a long while and the other woman just arrived", after hearing this information the woman staff member recognized the other woman in the common area to be her friend, they greeted and embraced each other and the woman staff member took her friend back to her office to address her banking issues instead of ours. We waited and waited another 30 minutes and our needs still were not addressed so we were forced to leave due to time constraints. I think it is really unprofessional to display favoritism and blatant disrespect in the workplace. It is safe to say I will not be returning to this Wells Fargo again. Don't come here unless you know someone who works here otherwise you'll be waiting for hours!!
