This is now the 2nd time that we have used Prime Lending for a mortgage on a new home and the are FANTASTIC in every way! You will not find better service from any lender in the U.S. EVER! We will use this branch for all of our moves in the future (luckily for us they said they do lend to most all of the U.S.!) It just doesn't get any better, the level of service they provide and customer care is unmatched not only by any lending company but really by any service around you can find, they just don't seem to make people like this anymore, so glad we found them and used them for both of our most recent home purchases and will always use them in the future now! They respond immediately to any and all questions you can think of (and believe me I had many because every home purchase is unique no matter how many times you have done it!) They are practically on call if you need them like a Doctor is :) Need an emergency pre-approval letter done super quickly, like on a holiday weekend because you didn't think you were going to put an offer in but you decided to? They got that... They also are completely familiar with VA loans as well and can do those easily! Steve, Adam and the whole team at Prime Lending were just awesome in every way and kept all parties notified of all progress and updates, and they are able to close quickly, I can't imagine any other lender being able to close quicker and have a more streamlined process. I have purchased another property and refinanced another property before I had used them so they are not the only company I have used so I know they completely out do the competition by leaps and bounds! Don't bother with anyone else, a home purchase is too big of a deal to not have THE BEST working for you- and THE BEST is Prime Lending Niceville branch!
