TD Bank in New Smyrna Beach, FL

The service is wonderful when you are an out of towner with no connection to them. I get advance money thru them as long as we are here in NSB. Thank you for this service.

The branch manager is on vacation so they were unable to help me with my situation. Michelle had told me one thing when I had opened my account and is now saying something different which is why I am having a problem to begin with. My mom, dad and sister have all had TD their whole lives and have changed banks after dealing with the New Smyrna branch. I am the last in my family to still have it, well, at least until I can close my account when this issue gets resolved. Suntrust offers free checking when you get your checks directly deposited.

I have been banking here for a year. I have never had a problem. Staff are always nice. I went to the port orange bank on dunlawton and they made mistakes on my account. I was in the drive through and my name is Jennifer. He ended up calling me by another name. I put a deposit in and the next day it was not in my bank. I will never go to the port orange branch again. New smyrna branch has always been helpful. The women who opened my account a year ago probably in her 20s was also very nice. The only problem I have had is with their ATM. It wad broken for a while. You have to be very carful with that ATM. Otherwise I love my bank.

I don't know why anyone would choose another bank over TD. They have the best customer service, everything is done quickly and with a smile, and they are all about making their customers happy

I have been with this branch for over 2 years and have never had any problems. The staff have always been friendly and competent enough to process my transactions. They have always had time to sit down and talk with me when needed. They extended me a $9,800 credit limit when I applied for their credit card, which far exceeds the norm for my credit and income, but the rewards are only 1%, and the website is lacking so I only maintain the account to secure the credit. Interest yields are low (put your money elsewhere), large bills are scarce, but checking is free with a minimum $100 balance. You may receive intrusive phone surveys after going to the bank asking how that transaction went. It will be a real person. Apparently if you tell them never to call again, they won't.
