At Germain Honda of Naples, Rocco Mikasser was extremely helpful and patient. With his aid, I was able to purchase the car I desired. He helped me locate and receive everything I wanted. He was very patient and even stayed after closing to make sure I was satisfied. He made this experience easy and enjoyable even though it has the potential to be stressful. :)

Shout out to the best Dealer( client Advisor) ever. Francesca Fortin is a women that knows her cars. And a great person to talk to. She made me fell like this was the easy thing to do. It didn't take her long to have me buying my first Honda car. If you need a car go ahead and take your butt over there.

As always, Tim Stack at Honda of Naples used cars, provided outstanding and extra friendly service and this was our 3rd car we bought from him. He followed through until all questions were answered and helped to make the transition to the CR V as easy as possible. Also, Ray in the final room to sign the papers, was most efficient and well prepared. We got out of his office in 15 minutes! Sales Mgr Mike was very helpful to make the deal happen. All in all, a great experience!!!

Rocco was my lifesaver! While my car was getting routine maintenance, I needed a loaner car and service did not have any available :( I asked Rocco if he could help me out and he was more than willing to assist me. He was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I was in and out the door with a loaner in 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend going to Rocco for your car buying/leasing needs.
