After a search for VA loans in Florida all pointed to "Nate Tasso" at CORE Mortgage Financial I decided to give him a shot. When he first answered it was "hello?" This should have tipped me off from the start. What kind of business answers their phone this way? When getting my info he answered my phone calls promptly but once he felt I wasn't a money maker for him he ignored all my calls even though something changed on my end he said days before would help. Finally I called his 866 number and got through and he had a rude attitude. Maybe if he would've just explained things and gotten back with me promptly I would have came back in a year when things changed. NOT NOW! One thing I have learned in my business even if they are not your customer now, they will be in the future, treat them with respect.

Buying our dream home could not have been possible without Nate at Core Mortgage. My husband and I are first time home buyers and Nate made the process clear and understandable for us. I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience with Nate Tasso and Core Mortgage Financial. Nate and his team not only made the process painless, but he was also able to get all my escrow money returned at closing. I know my credit is not the best and I did not think I would qualify for a mortgage. However Nate made it work and he was able to secure a loan and make my wife a very happy person. I have already recommended Nate to two other friends that are veterans, but I urge everyone to at least give him a call and see where you stand.
