Charged me $56 to send a package thru Fedex.I told my wife and she said you got majorly ripped off. So I called Fedex and they said at the most it should have cost was $22. I called the owner and she gave me $20 back. I also asked the owner what the cheapest way to send a computer charger was and she told me $10. So i took it to the local post office and shipped it for $3.

Worst service ever, owner is a psycho scam artist. Overcharged me for a transfer of funds and to send a fed ex, says she can charge whatever she wants. The owners name is Carol and if you want to save yourself some grief don't deal with this place.

Be careful using this place! The owner tries to charge people with other people's bills. She's unbelievably rude to her customers and refuses to prove the false claims she has against people. She tried to tell our non profit that helps children that we owed her $1000 but refused to proved the proof of it. She's a scam artist! Go else where if you don't want to get ripped off!

I have worked here for 7+ years. We have NEVER EVER charged someone for another person's bills. We have made mistakes, we're only human, but we always make good on them. If we overcharge, we give you your money back. One time a customer's 100 bills stuck together and we got an extra one by accident. I kept it for a whole month to give back to him when he came back again. I have done this over like $2 if somebody left money on the counter that was their change or something like that. We are not going to cheat people whether it's a large or small amount. About the FedEx, we are clearly not a FedEx Office, we contract with FedEx, we are listed as an Authorized Ship Center. The fees are clearly going to be different. Even the price online might be different because they don't always put in the fuel surcharge or other charges, so your final bill might even be higher than what the phone # or the website says. CLEARLY you are using the convenience of OUR account number to ship, without having to set up your own account (with the extra monthly charges that come with that, I might add) so of course there are going to be charges. We are a business, after all, and do need to keep the lights on and the doors open. This business has been active in Milton for like 20 years, in one location or another. If we made it a habit to cheat people on a regular basis, we wouldn't still be open.
