Customer service horrible, no even the manager is professional more than 20 days to give me back some transactions that I never did, closed account

For me is one the best credit union for now! I never had a problem with them, I have a good rate in my two car loans! Also I had a saving account with them and the CSR is fast!

So helpful with my financial needs. I refer to all my friends before any bank. First time credit or not enough credit history should go there first. Mario Pretto, my financial assistant: oustanding service.

Worst bank ever. Poor customer service and management is a joke. They literally stole $1200 from me and told me too bad. Take this advice and use a real bank

Myself and my husband both have accounts with Tropical Financial Credit union. To this day with my personal account I haven't had many problems other than the fact that I was told my paychecks would clear immediately and ultimately don't. However, My husband opened his account 2 months ago and has had no debit card come to the house because the person who opened his account wrote the wrong address. After sending not one, but two cards to my husband at a false address; my husband went into the branch and requested that the information be corrected. they sent a card with the number of one of the 2 original cards and then said that the card was void because the card number was used for a previous card. Now we are going on the second month since his account was opened and still no card. my husband went into the branch and requested that due to all of the issues in retrieving the card, that the new card please be sent to the branch and he would pick it up upon arrival. The Branch Manager told my husband that the problem wasn't a branch problem and so he would have to pay for a new card to be sent to the Branch. I am Completely outraged by this situation. No one at the branch has tried to help and to top it off you are going to charge to have access to your own funds of which we intrusted into your bank. This is by far the worst customer Service I have ever experienced with a bank and to think that this bank comes highly recommended by many people. Its time for Tropical Financial Credit Union to take a lesson in Customer Service and open their eyes to the real problem.
