Terrible! Don't sign up online because the online application is a joke. I signed up at their branch and was told I would get everything in the mail. After a month I didn't receive anything. Then they told me their card machine wasn't working and I would have to come in so they can cut a card. Even after that, the card didn't work and would have to come in again. They don't give you checks or any information like your account number. In order for you to enroll for their kasasa cash back program ( which attracted me to them in the first place and the reason I'm jumping through all these hoops) you have to enroll for online banking ( you also avoid a fee for paper statements). But you would need an account number to enroll in online banking. I called them and asked for my account number and the lady said they don't give that kind of information over the phone and that I would have to go to the branch. I can't even order checks without having an account number. Which it's strange because all the banks I've had in the past provide that information over the phone. Do not bother calling them. They're always busy and they usually tell you you have to come to the branch anyways. I don't even know what's the point off them having a phone. Have you seen their hours of operation? I work during these times and have to go during my lunch break to deal with these people. It's a mess!

Ed Madero, is a liar. Do not go to this bank! Promised me to get some things out of my car in exchange for the keys to a vehicle they took back. Came to my home and all.

Member services is friendly and took care of my problem with no problem. It is often crowded in peak hours and there can be a wait for member services. They could use more tellers during peak hours. SFFCU has the least fees for credit unions open to the public in the area. Make sure to ask for a member ID card if you plan on using a shared branch to make transactions easier. Because they do not give temporary checks make sure to get a direct deposit / ACH letter that has your account number and bank routing number on it for direct deposit and services like PayPal. A good positive for this credit union, no direct deposit required and no POS swipe requirements and no minimum balance requirement for basic free checking. 4 free withdrawals at Publix Presto ATM's per month are also included with basic checking. Note: SFFCU is Co-op shared branch​. The ATM is not a Co-op shared ATM.
