Very shady, Spanish bank converted to a US bank who is about to be acquired by another bank. Went to cash a Sabadell bank check and they would not honor it (citing that they have a policy that asks for more ID's that a normal bank does) check was good they agreed and verified by calling the party that wrote it but still didn't honored it. Instead they suggested to go to a check cashing place.

This bank does not provide live support. You can not speak to a real person. They own another bank called Virtual Bank that has the same problem and duplicated products. I don't know why a honest company would operate under different names except for deceiving people.
