Good Staff. Employees are there to help you get the best deal. Very friendly. Salesman Quinn Charlotin was very helpful. Finance Director Greg made sure to get us the best payment plan possible. Definitely a place to check out when looking for a car.

Good customer service. They worked with my wife to get her the car she wanted on her terms. They didnt push too hard when it came down to financing, gap insurance, and extended warranty through them (we used a different company all together for better financing and the insurance and they were very supportive of our decision). Very positive experience. They were busy, but we got great attention. And so did everyone else for that matter.

I don't know about everyone else but as much as getting a new car can be exciting It's also the biggest pain in the neck. I hate dealing with dealers. BUT, I can honestly say the experience we had at Miami car credit was actually not bad at all, sure it was still the same process but was definitely not excruciating. We were helped by Leo, who was extremely nice and helpful and made the process easy and fast. The prices on the cars are also reasonable, at least the ones we saw.

If you're a picky buyer, this is the place. My husband and we where kind of obligated to purchase a new vehicle because our car was totaled when my he was hit by an 18-wheeler truck. So we had to make this decision kind of quickly. But I didn't just wanted any car nor money to pay just any price. My credit score wasn't the best either, so yeah, a "complicated situation to say the least. But, the way Orlando welcomed us and took his time showing us the pros and cons of each car that I liked. We also drove the car to make it was what I wanted. I could say that for a purchase so $$$ big and that had to be made with limited time, I'm happy I went to Miami Car Credit and Orlando truly helped made this decision so much more easier.
