Poor customer service and have a tendency of not answer your question correctly repeating progress over and over but you're paying them to be professional and represent you hard to get in contact with anyone customer service supervisor or manager very uncomfortable dealing with this service going on a year and two months dealing with this they will offer you discount at times but you still have to deal with the things I just described I am not convinced this companies in your best interest I'm canceling my agreement.
