I am convinced that God put you in my path when I was desperately searching for help with the foreclosure case against me. When we first met at your office on December 16, 2014 and you examined my foreclosure documents I had no idea what you would find. Quite simply, Bruce Jacobs, Court Keeley and their team saved our home in the face of enormous odds. We retained our first attorney in 2011 to negotiate a mortgage modification for us. They failed to negotiate a mortgage modification after months of back and forth with the bank. The bank sued and took us to court. The attorney then failed at trial which resulted in our home being foreclosed on by the bank. What we didn't know at the time was that our first attorney was not a litigator and would never have been prepared for a court battle. In December 2013, the bank took over the title to our home and commenced the eviction process. We were faced with losing the home we had lived in for 18 years, including a substantial amount of equity earmarked for our retirement. Bruce took our case in early 2014.
