One of the tellers short me a hundred dollars . Then , they acted like I was the one at fault . After the Manger recounted the tellers draw . She saw that the drive through tellers draw was over a hundred dollars.....smdh. count and recount your money from these crooks.

Went to cash my check they gave me my check back no response said there's a code for the owner of the check basically kicked me out when asked for a manger he didn't want to help me went to another branch where they knew what they were doing these people look like chickens with their heads cut off and horrible customer service if I could give them no stars that's what they would get!!!

I called for days at different times and I never got an answer. I even called corporate for them to transfer me to this branch and still no answer. You cannot possibly tell me that this bank is full of people at all times

Very bad service and they lie. I feellike I was disparity treated at this branch. I notice if you are black and do not look like you have any money they treat you nasty. Went to the other Branch on my lunch break and was treated like a queen that I am. I do not like when people judge you before you get to the counter. The same service I asked for at this bank and was refused,I received it at the other bank with great pleasure. Why did I have to leave my neighborhood and be served in another neighborhood? That's just wrong.Yes I hope District read my comment.

If I could rate this location a negative-5 stars I would. The drive up ATM machine charged me $1.50 before I withdrew money. I put my card in it charged me $1.50 then before I completed my transaction it then asked me to confirm $3.00 charge to continue. I consent to the $3.00 but not to the additional $1.50. I avoid this location because my visit are never pleasant here
