I'm not a fan of this Bank of America location. They are very rude and not helpful in the least. At one point I was even told to go home, and check out my account online, to see if there had been a deposit... I mean isn't the sole purpose for having a brick and mortar store so that they can help us with our banking? Steer clear of this location, if you can. Unfortunately, there are few choices in the area. There is a better location, with friendlier service, near Port St. John off of US1.

I've dealt with BOA all over the country and the service and wait times at this particular location is the absolute bottom.

My credit card from a different bank got stuck in the ATM machine and the manager first told me that he couldn't give me the credit card back, and that no one cold. After around one hour of asking him to give me back my credit card, and after talking to my bank to witch my credit card belongs, he dicided to give me bank... "I need my credit card, I am leaving the country tonight and I need money", "no one can take that card out of the machine sorry"

I only go there once a month to cash one of their checks. It's always takes literally 30 minutes to wait in line. (They won't allow me to cash it in the drive through). Lack of staffing makes a horrible experience.
