Very bad, not responsive customer service, very unprofessional staff too. informal and unfriendly way in scheduling appointments with clients and sending e-mails, if they let me rate this branch as zero of 5, I would do

I just closed a mortgage with this branch and the process was very smooth from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and professional. The manager and assistant helped me through this whole process (first time home buyer nerves). The branch even stayed open past hours to finish working on the initial application with me to ensure I would close on time. I would absolutely recommend this bank as a whole and this branch to my friends and family. Thank you all!
