Launch Federal Credit Union in Melbourne, FL

I have been a member of Launch for a long time now but usually go to Palm Bay branch. I have never had any issues. But, for some reason I decided to go to this location. I waited for 40 minutes - no one bothered to check if I needed help or anything. I realize that the bank will be closing soon (20 minutes) and I finally asked if someone was available to assist me. I was informed that they have no one else available to help since one staff is already with a member. They also informed me what I needed done would take 45 minutes, which I think is false. All I know is I will not go to this location. I understand if they did not have enough people. But, I don't understand why they do not communicate to other people waiting! I could have save time and went to Palm Bay branch. Poor customer service from this branch.
