I think that this Credit Union is much friendlier than Space Coast Credit Union. No matter what they are trying to work with their customers on a personal or a business level. Fast and uncomplicated loans, direct deposit from your phone. They have improved their drive thru times tremendously. I would give them 5 stars at this branch but as we all know there is always room for improvement. I always recommend them to others.

Your chances of getting factual information when speaking with a representative is slim to none; consistent information is rare. The manager of this branch is rude, and has shut and locked the door in my face when I arrived exactly one minute prior to closing. Getting your money can also be complicated as there have been multiple times the ATM is completely out of order! Overall 1/5, horrible bank, stick with Space Coast Credit Union!

The employees at this branch are so helpful and friendly. I didn't get the courteous treatment at Space Coast as I do here. If they aren't sure of the answer to a question they will find someone who does.
